Vanessa Troubitsin
Teacher
My name is Vanessa Troubitsin and I am a Registered Kids Yoga Teacher with a passion for the arts! I love any form of self-expression whether it be through my yoga practice, painting, baking, or my curated playlists.
I am an adventurous soul who loves to explore and try new things even if it makes me feel uncomfortable because I have learned that trying new things helps us grow!
I’m currently studying Psychology at York University with hopes to become an Art Therapist. I’m a strong believer that kids are naturally expressive and creative beings and feel that the visual arts is a great tool to help kids navigate their inner and outer world.
Follow @mysolalchemy if you’d like to follow along my self-love and growth journey!
